Moldex Realty continues to provide its clients safer and more convenient ways to pay for their property bills. We have amazing news for Bayad app users – Moldex Realty is now in Bayad App. This payment channel will accept payment transactions for reservation fees, down payments, monthly amortization for in-house financing, and miscellaneous fees.

It only takes a few minutes to make a payment with the Bayad App. Follow these simple steps.

1. Launch or open the Bayad App. Don’t have the app yet? Download it from Google Play or the App Store.
2. On your mobile device, log-in to your Bayad App account.
3. Once you’ve logged-in, tap “Pay Bills” in the Services Menu.
4. In the “Billers” category, tap “REAL ESTATE”.
5. Select “MOLDEX REALTY INC”. You can also search “Moldex Realty”. You can scroll down or tap the search icon, then type in “Moldex Realty”.
6. You may also choose to tap the box “Save the Biller to My Favorites” to add Moldex Realty to your “Favorites” list. This will save your Moldex Realty payment information and will give you quick access for fast & easy repeat payments in your future transactions.
7. Input the necessary details:
   • Contract Number (This is your 13-digit booking number or 13-digit contract number.)
   • Amount Due
     

*For Reservation and Option Fees:

• 13-Digit Booking Number – Your booking number will be provided by the accredited Moldex seller assisting you.
• Amount – Input the amount you wish to pay.

*For Down Payment (DP), Monthly Amortization (MA) for In-House Financing, and Miscellaneous Fee:

• 13-Digit Contract Number – Your contract number is in your Contract to Sell (CTS) and Statement of Account (SOA). You can also find it in the welcome letter, welcome SMS or text message, and payment reminder SMS or text message sent by Moldex Realty.
• Amount – Input the amount you wish to pay.

*Payments for the following Miscellaneous Fees will be accepted:

• • Registration Fees
  • Real Property Tax
  • Penalty Fees on Payments
  • Move-In Fees
  • Processing Fees

8. Review and double-check all information provided.

9. Bayad will charge a Service Fee (SF) of PhP 10.00 per transaction. This will be deducted from the funds in your Bayad e-Wallet. This Service Fee is for payment transactions made via Bayad App (different from Bayad Online).

10. You will receive a confirmation from Bayad via your registered mobile number about the details of the payment you made.

11. Don’t forget to take a screen shot of your proof of payment and send it to billing@moldex.com.ph. The following payment facilities are also available:

    • • UnionBank App via your mobile device or through UnionBank online via their website
      • G-Cash Mobile Payment App (e-Wallet) via your mobile device

     

  • Over-the-Counter
    • • Moldex Head Office
      • Bayad Center
      • BDO Express Bills Payment
      • Union Bank Bills Payment
      • i-Remit (For Overseas Clients)

     

  • Credit Card for Reservations Payments Only
    • Link Payment Request (Asia Pay)
