Moldex New City in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan would be more accessible to Metro Manila upon Completion of MRT-7

SAN JOSE DEL MONTE BULACAN – Current and future residents of 130-hectare master planned community Moldex New City in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan will experience increased convenience and accessibility to Metro Manila, once MRT-7 becomes operational. MetroGate San Jose, MetroGate North Villas, and Heritage Villas San Jose are some of the projects within the Moldex New City which will benefit from this new infrastructure.
The 22.8-kilometer MRT-7 project consists of 14 stations starting from North Avenue Quezon City to San Jose del Monte Bulacan. The planned route will connect Quezon City (from North Avenue to Mindanao Avenue and Quirino), Caloocan (Sacred Heart and Tala), to San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Once operational, properties would have the potential to increase value, especially having the San Jose del Monte station just 16.1-kilometers or approximately 35-minutes away from Moldex New City. Upon completion of MRT-7, it deems to be one of the thoroughfares which can provide residents of the Moldex Realty real estate developments in Bulacan immediate access to Metro Manila, making traveling to and from work or their businesses more convenient.

San Miguel Corporation is eyeing to complete MRT-7 in 2022 with ongoing construction activities at 54.02% complete as of February 28, 2021. Civil works is 52.12% complete; Rolling stock and Electrical and Mechanical works is 55.31% complete.
