Moldex Realty adds USSC-Pay1st as new over-the-counter payment channel
Posted on: August 1, 2024Moldex Realty property owners now have another easy way to pay their property bills through a new over-the-counter payment option available via Universal Storefront Service Corporation ( USSC ) with Pay1st. With over 700 branches nationwide, USSC & Pay1st make bill payments more convenient and accessible for Moldex clients.
Accepted payments for Moldex Realty transactions
You can use USSC-Pay1st to make payments for various fees related to the Moldex property that you purchased, such as:
- Reservation Fee
- Down Payment ( DP )
- Monthly Amortization ( MA ) for In-House Financing
- Miscellaneous Fees, such as
- Move-In Fees
- Processing Fees
- Real Property Tax ( RPT )
- Registration Fees / Title Transfer Fees
How to Make Payments with USSC-Pay1st
Moldex property owners can easily make payments by following these steps;
- Visit any USSC-Pay1st branch nationwide. For a list of branch locations, click HERE.
- Inform the Front Line Associate ( FLA ). Specify that you will pay MOLDEX REALTY, INC. or MOLDEX LAND, INC. under PAY1ST.
- Provide Required Information. The FLA will ask for an Order Number. Provide your 13-digit Moldex contract number, which can be found on your welcome letter. Note that the Contract Number will appear as an “Order Number” in your receipt.
- Complete the Transaction. Make your payment. Don’t forget to ask for your receipt.
- Fixed Service Fee: PhP 15.00 per transaction
- Send Proof of Payment. Email your proof of payment to billing@moldex.com.ph.
