Through the years, Moldex Realty has led several tree-planting activities both in its Horizontal & Vertical projects. This year, as part of the company’s efforts to restore and protect the environment, 400 pine tree seedlings were planted last July within the 3-hectare development of Moldex Residences Baguio. This will further help the area, and Baguio, in general, maintain the fresh crisp air the city is known for, among the other benefits of these trees to the environment. With already 70% of the development devoted to open space, these 400 pine trees that will grow and flourish for years and will assure Moldex Residences Baguio residents of a calming and lush green living community. In addition, Moldex Realty also donated 3,750 pine tree seedlings to the Department of Environment & Natural Resources CAR ( DENR-CAR ) last March.The seedlings were delivered to the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office ( CENRO ) Baguio.
To date, Moldex Realty has donated and planted close to 18,000 seedlings since 2014. These were planted within the development Moldex Residences Baguio, The Mansion, Ampucao, and Busol Water Sheds.
