Metro Manila Skyway ( MMS ) Stage 3 will make the north, heart, and south of Metro Manila ideal to invest in – making Moldex MetroGate prime subdivisions, Heritage Homes affordable communities, Moldex Residences mid-rise condominiums, and Grand Series high-rise towers, residential hotspots upon completion of the infrastructure that will connect South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) at Alabang to North Luzon Expressway in Balintawak, Quezon City.

The Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 is a 14.82 km elevated road with a 6-lane elevated toll. This highly-anticipated project will improve accessibility, mobility, and connectivity in and out of the metropolis via eight (8) strategically located interchanges: Buendia, Pres. Quirino Ave; Plaza Dilao and Nagtahan; Aurora Boulevard, E. Rodriguez Avenue, Quezon Avenue. Sgt. Rivera and Balintawak with a total of fourteen (14) toll plazas.

Serving as an alternate route to decongest other major thoroughfares, the Metro Manila Skyway 3 is also expected to enhance the economic interaction of CALABARZON, Mega Manila, and Central Luzon. As mega-developments like Metro Manila Skyway 3 takes shape, current and future residents of Moldex residential subdivisions and condominiums in Manila, Valenzuela, Tagaytay, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and Pampanga will be conveniently connected to their places of work. Investments made in these areas are also expected to increase over time.

Construction of Metro Manila Skyway 3 is on-going at 66.75% completion as of September 25, 2019.
