Pay your Moldex property bills using your credit card, debit card, or Pay Maya account through Bayad Online

You can now pay your Moldex Realty property bills 7 days a week, 24 hours a day through Bayad Online – Bayad Center’s safe and secure online payment portal which allows real-time payment transactions using your credit card, debit card, or Pay Maya account.

With the addition of Bayad Online, Moldex Realty clients based abroad now have access to a reliable and convenient payment gateway. Clients abroad can finally skip the tedious process of sending money to relatives in the Philippines, worry out of paying their property bills, and be assured that payments are made to Moldex Realty and on time.

The following payment transactions will be accepted in this payment facility.

1. Reservations Fees
2. Down Payments
3. Monthly Amortization for In-house Financing
4. Miscellaneous Fees

Follow these steps.

1. Log-in to your Bayad Online account through their website, https://www.online.bayad.com. You may enter the URL in any device browser. Key in the e-mail address linked to your account. Click “LOG-IN” to proceed.

Bayad App and Bayad Online do not share web credentials. You need to create a separate account and sign up for Bayad Online. Bayad App is different from Bayad Online. For clients based abroad, a Philippine-issued SIM or mobile number is required during the sign-up process and account creation. Bayad Online will send a verification code to your registered mobile number prior to any payment transaction. The verification code serves as an extra layer of security to ensure that transactions are made by you.

 

2. Input the verification code that will be sent to your registered mobile number. Click “VERIFY”.
3. Go to the “BILLS PAYMENT” section on your account dashboard. Tap or click “REAL ESTATE”.
4. Select “MOLDEX REALTY’.
5. For your convenience, enable “Save Biller Information” to add Moldex Realty to your “Saved Billers” list. This will save your Moldex Realty payment information and will give you quick access for fast & easy repeat payments in your future transactions.
6. Input the necessary details:

• Contract Number
  This is your 13-digit booking number or 13-digit contract number.
• Amount Due
  This is the amount you need to pay.

For Reservation and Option Fees

For Down Payment (DP), Monthly Amortization (MA) for In-House Financing, and Miscellaneous Fees

13-Digit Booking Number Your booking number will be provided by the accredited Moldex seller assisting you.Amount Input the amount you wish to pay.

13-Digit Contract Number Your contract number is in your Contract to Sell (CTS) and Statement of Account (SOA). You can also find it in the welcome letter, welcome SMS or text message, and payment reminder SMS or text message sent by Moldex Realty. Amount Input the amount your wish to pay.Payments for the following Miscellaneous Fees will be accepted: Registration Fees Real Property Tax Penalty Fees on Payments Move-In Fees Processing Fees

7. Click “PAY BILL” to proceed.
8. You will be directed to the CONFIRMATION DETAILS PAGE for validation. Make sure to review and double-check the information. You will see the total fees that will be charged to you. This includes your amount due and a fee of PhP 25.00 for the transaction which covers the Php 10.00 Service Fee and Php 15.00 Convenience Fee.
9. Scroll down and go to the “Choose payment method” section.
   Select your payment method, then click “PAY BILL”. You will then be directed to a secure payment page.

Bayad Online currently accepts payments by:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• JCB
• Pay Maya

 

10. If you’ve selected paying though your credit card, input your card details. Once the card details are entered, click COMPLETE ORDER to proceed.
11. You will see an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT after a successful transaction.
12. You will receive a payment notification in your dashboard. You will also receive a payment confirmation in your registered e-mail address.
13. Don’t forget to take a screen shot of your proof of payment and send it to billing@moldex.com.ph.
