Great news to clients who are G-Cash users! Paying your property bills just got easier – Moldex Realty is now in G-Cash! You may now settle your reservation fees, down payment, and monthly amortization for in-house financing through your favourite e-wallet.

Here’s how.

1. Launch or open the G-Cash app.
2. Tap “Pay Bills”.
3. Under “Biller Categories”, tap “Real Estate”.
4. Search “Moldex Realty”. You can either scroll down or tap the search icon, then type in “Moldex Realty”.
5. You can also tap the heart icon next to the biller name, “Moldex Realty Inc.” and it will be added to your “Favorites”. You can easily and quickly access this each time you pay.
6. Input the necessary details.

*For Reservation and Option Fees

1. 13-Digit Booking Number
Your booking number will be provided by the accredited Moldex seller assisting you.
2. Amount
Input the amount you wish to pay.
3. Email Address
Input billing@moldex.com.ph. Moldex Realty will receive a notification from G-Cash about the recent payment you made.

*For Down Payment (DP), Monthly Amortization (MA) for In-House Financing, and Miscellaneous Fees

1. 13-Digit Contract Number
Your contract number is in your Contract to Sell (CTS) and Statement of Account (SOA). You can also find it in the welcome letter, welcome SMS or text message, and payment reminder SMS or text message sent by Moldex Realty.
2. Amount
Input the amount you wish to pay.
3. Email Address
Input billing@moldex.com.ph. Moldex Realty will receive a notification from G-Cash about the recent payment you made.

*Payments for the following Miscellaneous Fees will be accepted:

      • Real Property Tax
      • Penalty Fees on Payments
      • Move-In Fees
      • Processing Fees

7. Once everything is filled out, click next.
8. Review and double-check all information provided. Then, click confirm.
9. G-Cash will charge a convenience fee of PhP 10.00 for every transaction. This will be deducted from the funds in your G-Cash digital wallet.
10. You will receive a confirmation from G-Cash via your registered G-Cash mobile number about the details of the payment you made.
